Burmese Beef Curry with St. Dalfour Apricot fruit spread

Ingredients (Serves 4):

  • 800g yoghurt
  • 100g freshly sliced pineapple
  • 80g St. Dalfour Pineapple & Mango fruit spread

Method:

Scoop yoghurt into glass.
Place St. Dalfour Pineapple & Mango fruit spread on top of yoghurt.
Garnish with fresh pineapples.
